Job summary

The State of Oklahoma is seeking an Administrative Programs Manager III to support the Opioid Treatment Authority. This role includes coordination of technical assistance and collaboration with various stakeholders to improve treatment outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, developing training materials, and overseeing compliance for opioid treatment programs. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Human Relations, Psychology, Public Health, or related degree.
  • Four years of professional experience in the behavioral health field, two years in substance use or treatment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to OTPs to provide technical assistance.
  • Assist providers in implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Serve as primary liaison between OTP providers and ODMHSAS.
  • Develop, implement, and deliver training materials for treatment providers.
  • Support development and oversight of contract statements of work (SOWs).

Skills

Knowledge of medications for opioid use disorder

Master’s degree in relevant field
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience
