Oklahoma Treatment Services in Oklahoma delivers methadone/suboxone treatment with a patient-focused approach. The Nurse Practitioner will plan, direct, and evaluate patient care, conduct follow-up consultations, adjust dosages, review lab work and make referrals.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of opioid addiction, experience in counseling/teaching, and a master’s degree. Collaboration with the medical director and staff is essential to care planning and record maintenance.

The Nurse Practitioner will plan, direct, and evaluate patient health care in a Methadone/Suboxone Treatment program. Other duties include: conducting follow-up consultations, adjustment of medical dosages, ordering and review of lab work and making referrals. Ideal candidates would have working knowledge of opioid addiction. The Nurse Practitioner will also work with the medical director in the care and treatment of the patients.
Frequently sitting at desk or computer while typing, completing paperwork, or meeting patients.
Occasional lifting/carrying, paperwork, files, office supplies, up to 50 lbs. Occasional push/pull exerting up to 5-10 lbs. force, opening doors, file drawers, pushing files in drawers. Occasional kneeling/crouching and ability to reach lower file drawers, stretching to store or retrieving materials.
Position requires constant mental alertness, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy required. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and follow-through on all assignments. Must be able to work independently and be able to use sound judgment in critical clinical decisions.
