Job summary

452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV. is seeking an Administrative Programs Manager III in Oklahoma City to support the State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA).

The role leads coordination of technical assistance, training, and quality improvement across OTPs, aiming to reduce stigma and promote evidence-based MOUD services. The position interfaces with courts, child welfare, and partners, developing training materials and overseeing SOWs to ensure compliance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, or related field.
• Four years of professional behavioral health experience, including two in substance use.
• MOUD experience, OTP setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to OTPs to provide/coordinate training and support.
• Assist providers in implementing evidence-based practices and quality improvement plans.
• Serve as liaison between OTP providers, ODMHSAS, partners, and federal agencies.
