Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Director of Motorsports in the United States to lead and grow the Motorsports division, overseeing commercial, technical, operational, competitive, and personnel aspects. The role drives strategy, brand prestige, and shareholder value across professional and grassroots racing.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and build relationships with race teams, OEMs, and sponsors to deliver championship-winning performance and product validation for future FOX

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in motorsports, performance products, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience leading business operations with responsibility for financial performance and organizational growth.
• Proven track record of developing winning motorsports programs and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Motorsports vision, strategy, and annual operating plan in alignment with Fox Factory’s objectives.
• Direct all business operations, financial performance, human capital, and initiatives within the Motorsports division.
• Establish short- and long-range strategic plans focused on growth, profitability, market expansion, and ROI.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Identify new racing opportunities, series, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Lead race support strategy across professional and grassroots categories.
• Build relationships with race teams, drivers, OEM partners, and influencers.
• Provide programs that maximize performance using FOX technologies.
• Oversee race support personnel, trackside engineering, testing, and service programs.
• Ensure motorsports activities drive product validation and feedback for development.
• Expand competitive footprint by identifying new series with strategic value.
• Foster a culture of winning, innovation, accountability, and customer success.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate racing feedback into products.
