Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Director of Motorsports to lead and grow our motorsports business, overseeing strategic, technical, operational, and personnel aspects. The role drives championship-level performance across multiple racing disciplines, strengthening FOX as a premier suspension and performance technology partner.

The Director will shape strategy, build relationships with teams and OEMs, guide product validation, and oversee global race support, marketing impact, and supplier collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and team-building ability.
• Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of motorsports ecosystems and product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Motorsports vision, strategy, and annual plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead race support across professional and grassroots motorsports categories and manage relationships with teams, OEMs, and partners.
• Leverage motorsports to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing to translate racing feedback into market-leading products.
• Oversee manufacturing and operations plans to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards.
