Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years leading motorsports, performance products, manufacturing, or related industries.
Proven success building motorsports programs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Motorsports vision, strategy, and annual operating plan.
Lead race support strategy across professional and grassroots motorsports categories.
Build relationships with race teams, OEMs, and industry partners to maximize performance.
