Job summary

Team Mancuso Powersports North in the Houston area is seeking a driven Vehicle Salesperson to join our full-time automotive sales team. You will meet dealership goals, promote vehicles, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will determine customer needs, conduct test drives, present features, and guide buyers through paperwork while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling vehicles and meeting dealership profit targets.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Willingness to conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guaranteeing satisfaction.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives).
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain features, warranty, and paperwork to build loyalty.
• Establish personal income goals aligned with dealership standards and plan to meet them.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
