Comoto Holdings is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge.

You will oversee opening/closing, returns, special orders, and merchandising, while coaching staff and maintaining brand standards. This role offers an hourly base with uncapped tiered commissions and benefits, plus DailyPay access from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management and customer service experience, ideally in specialty retail.
• Experience in leading, coaching, mentoring a team (retail or otherwise).
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro).
• A self-starter who delivers an outstanding retail experience.
