Job summary

Comoto's Cycle Gear stores seek a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will partner with the Assistant Store Manager to coach staff, manage schedules, and uphold brand standards while maintaining strong product knowledge.

You will oversee opening/closing, returns, store credits, and performance metrics, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-merchandised store. A proactive, team-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and train a team to hit sales goals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales goals and deliver friendly customer service.
• Partner with ASM to supervise team performance and scheduling.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, returns/store credits, and store operations.
• Set and communicate sales goals; train and motivate staff to meet targets.
• Manage merchandising according to brand standards and store appearance.
