Cycle Gear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate retail team, drive store sales, and create an engaging customer experience for riders. You’ll coach staff, manage inventories, and uphold brand standards while building a high-energy, service-focused store culture.

You’ll participate in interview and hiring processes, receive ongoing training, and represent the Comoto family at events, merchandise launches, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Knowledge of brand standards and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to hit daily and weekly sales targets.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring to build a strong team.
• Ensure merchandising plans are executed and merchandise is well-presented.
