Job summary

Summit Point Motorsports Park in Summit Point, West Virginia, seeks a seasoned General Manager to drive profitability and strategic growth across its motorsports operations. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, oversee the Operations Manager, and steer revenue opportunities with a focus on customer relationships and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in business/operations leadership.
• At least three years with direct P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Proven profitability improvement and revenue growth experience.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing relationships.
• Strong financial statements interpretation and forecasting.
• Experience with customer-facing operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain P&L accountability, margins, costs, and profitability.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee event profitability, pricing, and utilization planning.
• Manage deposits, billing, receivables, and financial obligations.
• Lead customer relationships, retention, and business development.
• Provide strategic oversight of operations and event readiness.
• Lead staffing plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Present performance updates to leadership and ownership.
