Summit Point Motorsports Park seeks an experienced General Manager to lead overall business performance, drive profitability, and expand revenue opportunities across its motorsports operations. The role includes strategic leadership, budgeting, and customer relationship management at a premier Mid-Atlantic venue.

The GM will partner with the Operations Manager to ensure event readiness, optimize resource use, and maintain exceptional customer service while achieving financial objectives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Manage profit & loss, margins, costs, and overall profitability.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee event bookings, pricing, and customer contracts.
• Lead strategic relationships with partners and customers.
• Guide Operations Manager and ensure alignment with goals.
