Job summary

Motorsport Network, LLC is seeking a Director of Event Operations to lead planning and execution of Summit & Speed events, including Willow Springs Reimagined, FAT Ice Race, and Big Sky Food & Wine Festival.

You will oversee field design, vendor management, safety, guest experience, and financial oversight while collaborating with sponsorship, sales, marketing, and leadership to deliver high-visibility, revenue-generating events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 2 years senior-level management in hospitality.
• Experience delivering large-scale event operations including food & beverage components.
• Prefer background in automotive or car-related industry.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define theme, layout, field design for Willow Springs Reimagined, FAT Ice Race, and Big Sky festival.
• Translate directives into event layouts, operating plans and on-site standards.
• Plan VIP areas, field flow, stage placement, signage, guest movement, F&B outlets.
• Develop load-in/load-out plans optimizing field locations and traffic.
