Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive technology, specifically engines and engine control systems.
• Excellent customer service etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support, education, and guidance to customers.
• Analyze damage and labor claims and communicate findings to customers.
• Manage technical claims for WD, jobbers, dealers, and race teams via phone and email.
• Guide warranty, labor, damage, and counterfeit product claims through the process.
• Assist sales teams with technical questions and documentation as needed.
• Support development of technical sales documentation.
