Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong automotive technology knowledge and customer service focus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in writing and speech.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support, education, and guidance while troubleshooting issues.
• Analyze damage and labor claims and communicate findings to customers.
• Manage technical claims for WD, jobbers, dealers, and race teams via phone and email.
• Guide warranty, labor, damage, and counterfeit product claims through the process.
• Assist sales with technical questions and documentation.
