Job summary

Expand Energy Corporation is seeking a Motorman for our field operations team, with postings in Ohio, West Virginia, or Louisiana and location in Morgantown, WV. You will operate, maintain, and repair drilling equipment under Driller supervision and assist the Floorman on the rig floor.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, 3 years drilling experience, and relevant safety and rig-start certifications. Willingness to work long/irregular hours, outdoors, and on-call is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years experience in drilling procedures.
• Completion of HSE orientation and rig start-up training.
• Well control certification required.
• Supervisor level training preferred.
• Drilling-only instruction completion.
• HERDIT training completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform rig up and rig down activities as assigned.
• Perform nippling up/down of the blowout preventer stack.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance on rig components.
• Assist Derrickman with mud-mixing duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
