Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Three years of drilling procedures experience.
• Health, Safety and Environment Orientation and Rig Specific Start Up Training.
• Well Control Certification, Supervisor Level, Drilling Only, and HERDIT.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including long/irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders up to 140 feet, and respond to emergencies.
• Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment physical, vision, drug screening, background, and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling machinery and equipment in oil and gas operations.
• Maintain and repair drilling equipment to ensure safe production.
• Adhere to safety protocols and respond to emergencies as needed.
