Qualifications

• Prior experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Willing to perform minor maintenance and adjustments.
• Understanding of road construction processes and specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorgrader on road construction projects.
• Oil, grease, service, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Understand grades, drainage, paving patterns, and compaction.
• Learn efficient equipment operation and report major problems.
• May perform shovel work, string line setup, and layout.
