Qualifications

• Prior experience operating construction equipment.
• Willingness to learn and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorgrader on road construction projects.
• Oil, grease, service and perform normal operating adjustments to equipment.
• Understand road construction aspects such as grades, drainage, paving patterns, and compaction.
• Learn efficient operating conditions and perform minor servicing or refer major problems to supervision.
• May perform shovel work, string line setup and layout.
