Job summary

San Jose Harley-Davidson is seeking skilled motorcycle service technicians for a dynamic, award-winning dealership that values training, progression, and great benefits. You will perform high-quality service and repairs to motorcycles, including customization, in a fast-paced shop following factory specifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School.
• Current motorcycle license.
• Entry-level technicians will be provided the necessary tools.
• Experienced technicians need to provide both basic and specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible.
• Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible.
• Accept work assignments from Service Advisor/Manager.
• Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
• Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.

What Will I Do Every Day?
