Job summary

Fay Myers Motorcycle World in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to support a busy service department. You will greet customers, assist with check-in, and help keep the service drive welcoming and organized.

You will work with service advisors and technicians, update customers on status by phone or in person, open/close repair orders in the DMS, schedule appointments, and perform administrative follow-up to ensure a smooth rider experience.

Qualifications

• Interest in motorcycles/powersports or automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational habits.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with a DMS (CDK, DealerSocket) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at service write-up and assist with check-in for motorcycle and powersports service appointments.
• Communicate service status updates to customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Open, track, and close repair orders with accuracy in our dealer management system.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep work orders moving efficiently.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service board.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out, including mileage and condition notes.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive.
• Support service advisors with administrative tasks and follow-up calls.
