Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone for motorcycle service
2. Manage the flow of the service drive and ensure top-tier customer experiences
3. Take ownership of each customer interaction and deliver personalized service
4. Communicate with technicians and distribute work efficiently
5. Handle service scheduling and support timely service completion
6. Help drive department performance through upselling and relationship-building
