• Track all customers and leads in CRM.
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement.
• Complete OEM Web-based training programs to enhance product knowledge.
• Engage and assist every customer entering the dealership with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with management and departments to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
• Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction.
• Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary.
• Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership.
