Responsibilities

• Receive and log new motor vehicle insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Assess claim validity based on policy terms, conditions, and supporting documentation.
• Contact policyholders and relevant parties to gather necessary information and evidence.
• Evaluate repair quotes and manage relationships with approved repair workshops.
• Determine the settlement amount based on assessment findings and policy limits.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company claims handling procedures.
