Job summary

The United States Army Reserve is seeking candidates to enlist as a Soldier as a Motor Transport Operator (88M). You will supervise and operate wheeled vehicles across terrains to transport cargo and troops safely, and report any vehicle issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate wheeled vehicles over all terrains to safely transport cargo, troops and provide mobility.
• Load and unload cargo and personnel as required.
• Report vehicle problems or damage and coordinate repairs.
• Support transportation logistics on missions and training exercises.

Job description

Enlist as a Soldier into the United States Army and as a Motor Transport Operator (88M), you’ll play an important part of the Army’s transportation logistics team. You’ll supervise and operate wheeled vehicles over all types of terrain to safely transport cargo, troops, and provide advanced mobility on all missions. You’ll manage loading, unloading, and report any vehicle problems or damage. This is not a civilian contractor position. No experience necessary. Position is entry level.
