Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate motor grader to grade and level surfaces for roads and foundations.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship on site.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with crew and subcontractors to meet schedules and budget.
• Understand project schedules and deadlines; communicate progress.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and safety procedures followed.
• Identify and resolve issues arising during construction.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
