Qualifications

• Proven experience operating motor grader or similar grading equipment.
• Experience reading construction plans and grading plans.
• Familiarity with GPS/precision grading technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain motorized grading equipment to grade and finish surfaces per plans.
• Perform fine grading and subgrade prep to meet elevations.
• Interpret plans to determine grades, slopes and elevations.
• Utilize GPS, laser-guided systems for precision grading as required.
• Maintain equipment and conduct pre-operation inspections.
• Communicate work progress and coordinate with team.
• Move between projects as needed and follow safety policies.
