Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field with at least four years of design and new product development experience.
• Hands-on hardware testing experience and proficiency in 3D CAD and GD&T.
• Manufacturing judgment across metal and plastic processes, strong communication, and occasional travel.
• Master's degree preferred and beneficial for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze motor and drive hardware, and lead prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Create manufacturing-ready models and drawings and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing teams.
