Job summary

Royal Coach Tours is seeking an experienced Shop Coordinator in Las Vegas to oversee parts procurement, inventory management, and the scheduling of vehicle maintenance. The role focuses on ensuring parts availability, managing supplier relationships, and controlling costs while supporting service and operations teams.

You will coordinate repairs, manage stock levels, and forecast demand to prevent shortages, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a parts/service role in motor coach or heavy vehicle industry.
• Strong knowledge of motor coach components and inventory control.
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create work orders and pull parts for mechanics.
• Coordinate scheduling of repairs and inspections with the Operations department.
• Maintain optimized inventory of motor coach parts and ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Forecast usage trends to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Evaluate potential new suppliers and products for pricing, durability, and compatibility.
• Handle warranty claims, returns, and defective part replacements efficiently.
• Work with service and maintenance teams to ensure quick parts fulfillment.
• Assist mechanics, technicians, and customers in locating and identifying parts.
• Provide pricing, availability, and recommendations for parts and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
