Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Radford, Virginia is seeking a Motor Assembler II for the 2nd shift to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and related components in a manufacturing setting.

You will read blueprints and process sheets, verify materials, perform mechanical and electrical testing, and help drive continuous improvement across production areas while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing safety procedures and processes understood.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to read drawings and specs.
• Basic math and measurement tool proficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly/testing issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Adherence to OSHA/EPA/DOT safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Motor Assembler I as needed, including assembly, repair, and testing of motors.
• Assemble standard and large motors, actuators, and related components using BOMs and process sheets.
• Select and verify materials; maintain traceability documentation.
• Perform mechanical and electrical testing per established procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment; support process improvements.
