Regal Rexnord is hiring a Motor Assembler II to support assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and related components in a fully onsite facility. You will work with standard and large motors, using blueprints and BOM data, while maintaining traceability and quality.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and broad exposure across production areas. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read diagrams, and demonstrated

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and specifications.
• Basic mathematical understanding and use of measuring instruments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and testing issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties from Motor Assembler I, including assembly, repair, and testing of motors.
• Assemble standard and large motors, actuators and related components using blueprints and process sheets.
• Verify materials using BOM and maintain traceability documentation.
• Perform mechanical and electrical testing following established procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Handle materials to prevent damage or contamination; maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Support process improvements and additional production tasks as needed.
