Job summary

Brigham Young University invites applications for a Motion Graphic Designer to join the AV Events Live Production Team. The role focuses on designing and animating motion graphics and video projects in support of BYU campus clients, especially for Live Video Production.

The position requires expertise in video production and motion graphics, with 5+ years in audio/video editing and 3+ years in 3D software. BYU offers a robust benefits package and a dynamic, high-visibility work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of audio/video editing experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
3+ years with Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D software experience.
Post Production – Editing short-form programming: Teases, Show Opens, etc.
Creating graphics/content for nontraditional media (LED/Fascia boards)
Experience working in Ross Xpression is a plus
Live video production, ENG shooting, lighting, and audio is also a plus

Responsibilities

Production management and coordination of live events
Collaborate with creative content teams within various athletic teams to develop breakthrough content and unparalleled fan experience
Creation of in-game graphics for LED ribbon signage and video board
Production of video graphics, end tags, lower thirds, and editorials, as necessary
Ability to produce on-brand creative that engages fans and communicates partner needs
