Job summary

Chyron is seeking a passionate Motion Designer to join our Marketing team to craft video content for product launches, customer stories, and social campaigns. You will travel to industry trade shows to capture B-roll and behind-the-scenes footage, reporting to the Creative Director and collaborating with global teams.

You should have 3–5 years in motion design, expert use of After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D, and a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through visuals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Motion Designer.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Experience with Cinema 4D for 3D renders.
• Strong video editing ability with a diverse portfolio.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D lighting and compositing.
• Knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
• Creative storytelling ability with a compelling reel.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching motion graphic showreels to promote products, events and collaborations.
• Build and edit 3D renders to promote products and industries.
• Produce videos showcasing product UIs in a 3D environment.
• Create motion clips to explain workflows and organize content.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate ideas and market new products and events.
• Produce and edit videos that follow brand guidelines for online channels.
• Input music, dialogue, graphics and effects to highlight products.
• Stay current with new editing technologies and best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with management.
