Reporting into Creative within Marketing, you will collaborate with Performance Media, Analytics and Brand teams to translate campaign strategies into compelling motion concepts, develop variations for A/B tests, and manage multiple projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.

This role combines motion design expertise with a performance marketing mindset, developing content that is optimized to drive measurable business outcomes while maintaining H&R Block's brand standards.
Reporting into Creative within Marketing, this role partners closely with Performance Media, Analytics, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to develop data-informed creative solutions. The Motion Graphics Designer leverages campaign performance data, audience insights, and testing results to create effective motion assets that improve engagement and conversion across paid channels.
