Job summary

Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will lead end-to-end motion graphics for social campaigns and corporate content, delivering on-brand visuals with speed and precision.

Bring 6+ years of hands-on social content design, expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop and Cinema 4D, and a strong storytelling instinct. You’ll collaborate across departments, adapt to trends, and manage multiple projects under tight

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on social content design in an agency, brand, or newsroom environment.
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Illustrator, and familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, Cinema 4D.
• Experience leveraging Google generative AI models to push creative boundaries.
• In-depth understanding of major social/video platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube).

• Apply your expertise in illustration, video editing, and deck design to support a wide array of creative initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience
• 6+ years of hands‑on social content design—ideally in an agency, brand, or newsroom environment
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, Cinema 4D
• Experience leveraging Google generative AI models (Nano Banana, Veo, Flow) to push creative boundaries
• In-depth understanding of each major social/video platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube) and what makes content shine there
• Rigorous grasp of design fundamentals and current trends
• Working knowledge of the Google App Suite

Bonus Points:

• Proven experience collaborating on cross-team projects
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for developing static designs and templates
• Familiarity with B2B and digital marketing creative best practices
