Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on social content design in an agency, brand, or newsroom environment.
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Illustrator, and familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, Cinema 4D.
• Experience leveraging Google generative AI models to push creative boundaries.
• In-depth understanding of major social/video platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation of motion graphics for social campaigns, video platforms, and corporate content.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to translate ideas into executable motion content.
• Champion the motion design identity and ensure assets are on-brand.
• Build and optimize After Effects templates to empower workflows.
• Organize design assets for collaboration and maintain high quality.
• Apply illustration, video editing, and deck design to a wide range of initiatives.
