Role Description

The Motion Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for designing and producing motion graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, product demos, and social media content. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing visual ideas, creating storyboards, animating graphics and typography, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into engaging video and motion content. The Motion Graphic Designer will prepare files for different platforms, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines. The role may also involve contributing to creative direction, optimizing workflow within production pipelines, and maintaining a consistent visual style across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, including animation, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing content for various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion and graphic work for marketing, social media, or product-related projects.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
