Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in video editing, motion graphics, or related field.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling motion and video experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications
• Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, web, presentations, and internal channels
• Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems for fast, consistent reuse
• Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, leads, and program managers
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats and aspect ratios
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining quality and timelines
• Maintain well-organized files and established workflows
