Working with cross‑functional partners, you will ensure outputs meet brand standards, maintain quality, and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while staying current with motion design trends and tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related field.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling motion and video experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications
• Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, web, presentations, and internal channels
• Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems to enable fast, consistent reuse across teams
• Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and program managers
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and timelines
• Maintain well‑organized files and adhere to established workflows and processes
• Stay current on motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices
