Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Motion Designer to create, edit, and polish high-quality motion graphics and video assets for marketing, social, and digital experiences in the greater Seattle area.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of professional experience and proficiency with After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus strong storytelling and attention to detail. A compelling portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling is required.

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Motion Designer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role will create, edit, and polish high-quality motion graphics and video assets for customer-facing, marketing, social, and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine advanced motion design and video editing skills with strong visual storytelling, production organization, and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to create engaging educational content that helps customers better understand technology and product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual treatments that support storytelling, product education, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives.
• Edit raw footage, screen captures, product demos, animations, and visual assets while applying transitions, typography, motion effects, sound synchronization, color adjustments, and other post-production techniques.
• Manage production workflows including file organization, naming conventions, version tracking, timelines, milestones, deliverables, feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design, product, and business stakeholders to understand objectives, incorporate feedback, prepare creative options and revised cuts, and deliver polished assets across multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or digital production.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience producing polished motion and video assets.
• Experience creating video and motion content for marketing, customer-facing, social, digital, or product-related experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, visual storytelling, and high-quality production execution.
• Experience with additional creative and design tools, including graphic editing and prototyping applications, with working proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, typography, pacing, composition, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and brand consistency, along with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Studio Art/Fine Art, or a related field, along with strong communication and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
