Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Motion Designer to create, edit, and polish high-quality motion graphics and video assets for marketing, social, and digital experiences in the greater Seattle area.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of professional experience and proficiency with After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus strong storytelling and attention to detail. A compelling portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related design field and strong storytelling.
• 2–4 years of professional motion design, video editing, or digital production.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and production execution.
• Experience with marketing, social, or product-facing content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual treatments.
• Edit raw footage, screen captures, product demos, applying transitions and color adjustments.
• Manage production workflows, timelines, and approvals for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design, product, and business stakeholders to deliver polished assets across formats.
