Job summary

Precision Strategies is seeking a designer who leans motion-forward but is equally comfortable with static design. You will create motion graphics and visuals across social, decks, reports, brand systems, and campaigns, working within established brand guidelines while bringing a fresh perspective.

We value candidates with a strong motion reel and the ability to think in systems. The role supports our data and research practice, with a hybrid remote/in-office plan and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or similar creative environment.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and brand systems.
• Motion design skills with a solid reel of work.
• Illustration skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to different brand identities.

Responsibilities

• Craft & Technical: Create motion graphics and animated content for digital and social platforms within brand guidelines.
• Creativity & Innovation: Design across formats including social graphics, reports, presentation decks, data visualizations, brand systems, and assets.
• Communication & Influence: Collaborate with writers, account leads, and strategists to deliver cohesive creative.
• Assist with administrative components of account work and independently manage small projects and streams.
• Engage across teams, be well-prepared for meetings, and mentor junior team members.
• Own tasks, meet deadlines, and organize documents for team sharing.
• Drafts error-free content with subject matter expertise and connects daily work to strategic goals.
