Job summary

Penta Group is seeking a well-rounded Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our Brand Strategy team. You will develop a variety of creative assets across digital displays, websites, social, print, and OOH client needs, pushing imagery and typography to deliver compelling solutions.

You will work under the Creative Director, interpreting client needs, coordinating with teams, and prioritizing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience designing for a creative agency or advertising/marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong design software proficiency and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for digital, print, and OOH client needs.
• Push imagery, typography, color, pattern and texture to build compelling creative solutions.
• Exhibit impeccable design sense and understand client strategy for each project.
• Maintain awareness of visual trends and collaborate under the Creative Director to complete work.
