Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (required).
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient CAD and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and convey customer requirements internally and to factory partners.
• Train customers and outside sales teams on product technologies.
• Provide technical support to outside sales team and customers in real time.
• Maintain expertise on technical products from factory partners.
• Prepare a scope of work and design solutions for customer applications.
