Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an experienced RN in the Maternal Child department in New Jersey. You will provide evidence-based nursing care, communicate with the care team, and ensure safe medication delivery and patient satisfaction.

Active NJ RN license and BLS/CPR are required, with BSN preferred or to be completed within 3 years. Upfront compensation reflects a market-rate starting at $46.25 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active NJ nursing license required.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year RN experience in Maternal Child areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards.
• Communicate patient status and care plans with the team.
• Ensure patient/guest satisfaction and safe care delivery.
• Administer medications using updated documentation systems.
• Provide patient-centered care to support health and wellness.
• Collaborate across disciplines for care from admission to discharge.
