Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Maternal Child RN in New Jersey. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for mothers and babies within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements include a current New Jersey nursing license, active BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of RN experience in Maternal Child areas. NRP and ACLS are highly preferred and should be obtained within 6 months of hire; BSN is preferred or to be obtained within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Maternal Child Department areas (post partum, nursery, special care nursery, labor and delivery, NICU).
• NRP certification and ACLS is highly preferred, must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• BSN is highly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
