Special Service for Groups, Inc. is seeking an Inside Safe Motel Resident Monitor to support daily operations at interim housing sites, promoting safety, engagement, and housing stability.

Under the Program Supervisor, you will conduct wellness checks, document incidents, and coordinate with Case Managers to meet participant needs. The role requires thorough documentation, adherence to agency and funder requirements, and the ability to work with diverse clients in challenging environments,

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• If in recovery, 3 years drug- and alcohol-free is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with HMIS or EHR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct motel/site visits and wellness checks.
• Complete documentation and incident reports within timelines.
• Coordinate admissions, orientations, and intake processing.
• Assist Case Managers by identifying participant needs and coordinating appointments.
• Maintain participant confidentiality per HIPAA and related laws.
