Job summary

Traction Wellness Group is seeking a Studio Manager for SweatHouz Mosaic in Fairfax, VA. You will lead the sales strategy, manage a growing team of sales associates, and ensure the studio runs smoothly from the floor.

You’ll recruit, train, schedule, and keep the studio fully staffed while hitting monthly revenue targets. You are expected to drive membership conversions, coach your team on pitches, and build partnerships in the Mosaic District with weekend and evening peak hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales
• 1+ year managing a team
• Membership sales experience is a significant advantage
• Availability for peak hours, including weekends
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on SweatHouz sales and operating model, welcome prospects, convert to members, and train the team to do it
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a sales team to hit monthly targets and care for members
• Maintain studio cleanliness and consistency to elevate every visit
• Engage with the Mosaic neighborhood to build partnerships and events
• Attend weekly leadership meetings and drive actionable plans
