Responsibilities

• Review loan portfolios for past due accounts.
• Make collection calls and document conversations and repayment plans.
• Gather information from customers to identify workout situations.
• Collect and review necessary financial information from the borrower.
• Prepare loan modifications requests and present to Special Assets Manager for approval.
• Assist with ACH payments via the Busey website.
• Prepare and review various reports.
• Coordinate with attorneys and outside professionals as needed.
