Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Special Projects Manager to lead high-impact mortgage initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and improve member experiences. This role focuses on transforming operations and driving efficiency across the mortgage business.

You will collaborate with business units and IT to implement solutions, train staff, and ensure processes meet agency guidelines while delivering exceptional service to members.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior-level mortgage experience
• Ability to lead complex mortgage projects from planning through implementation
• Experience with mortgage products, loan programs, and agency guidelines (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA/FHA/VA)

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mortgage projects from concept to implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with business units, senior leadership, and IT to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support training and process consistency to drive quality mortgage referrals and member experiences.
